5 steps to experience Cloud QMS.

Use your own phone. The flow below follows the same customer journey used for QR queue registration, queue confirmation and live queue status checking.

Step 1 - Scan QR Code

Scan this QR code with your phone camera.

Open your phone camera and point it at the QR code below. Tap the link that appears to open the live demo queue request page. No app download is required.

Works with most iPhone and Android camera apps
Demo auto-call is enabled. After submission, the demo system may automatically call the queue number so you can see the status flow. In a real counter setup, staff normally call the next number from the admin portal.

Step 2 - Fill In Request Form

Enter customer details and submit the queue request.

The queue request page opens in your browser. Enter the required details, choose the service type, complete the security code and submit the request.

The queue request form captures the information needed for the queue workflow.
3Ticket
Step 3 - Queue Confirmed

Your queue number is issued.

After submission, the customer sees a confirmation page with the queue number. The customer can stay nearby and watch the TV display or view the queue status page.

Tap View My Queue after confirmation. The demo lets you see how the customer status changes when the queue number is called.
4Track
Step 4 - Track Queue Position

Check live queue status from the customer page.

The customer can view the current serving number, their queue position and status from the browser. This helps reduce repeated counter enquiries.

Watch the status update. For the demo, the queue number may be called automatically. For live operation, counter staff control the calling flow.
5Called
Step 5 - Number Called

The queue number appears as called.

When the number is called, the customer page updates and the customer can proceed to the assigned counter. A TV display can also show the active queue numbers in the waiting area.
