All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Unencrypted connections are not used for data access.
User access is controlled by role. Staff can only access the functions and data they are authorised to see. Admin functions are restricted to authorised personnel.
Regular backups are performed for cloud-hosted customer data. Backups are stored with restricted access.
All BMO accounts require password authentication. Customers are responsible for maintaining strong passwords and controlling who has access to their accounts.
Production and test environments are separated where applicable to reduce risk of data exposure during testing.
Customer data is handled according to the agreed service scope. We do not sell customer data to third parties.

No system, cloud service or internet transmission is risk-free. BizCloud Asia applies reasonable operational measures within agreed service scope, and customers must also maintain proper user access control, password practices, backup review and internal approval procedures.
BizCloud Asia is not responsible for data loss, ransomware, access incidents or operational issues resulting from client-side mismanagement, weak passwords, unauthorised access granted by the customer, local infrastructure issues, or third-party service failures.
