BizCloud Asia may collect information submitted through forms, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, demo requests, support requests and subscribed services. This may include name, company, job role, email, phone number, enquiry details, product interest, account details and support information.
When you use our website or system, we may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited, login activity and system activity where applicable.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange demos, provide quotations, configure services, provide support, maintain accounts, improve our website, protect system security, troubleshoot issues and communicate about products or services you requested.
3. Sharing & Third-Party Services
BizCloud Asia does not sell customer data to third parties. We may use service providers for hosting, email, SMS, WhatsApp, analytics, payment, support, communication, security, backup or other operational purposes.
Some subscribed product functions may depend on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, SMS gateways, email gateways, payment providers, LHDN MyInvois, app stores, hosting providers or hardware vendors. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
4. Customer System Data
Data entered by customers into BMO or BizCloud software remains the responsibility of the customer. This may include employee records, payroll records, leave records, claim records, sales records, customer records, queue records, uploaded files, invoices and operational reports.
BizCloud Asia accesses customer system data only where needed to provide subscribed services, support, troubleshooting, maintenance, backup, migration or agreed implementation work.
5. Security Practices
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures within agreed service scope, such as HTTPS/TLS access where applicable, role-based access, backup procedures, restricted support access and activity logging where applicable.
6. Retention, Export & Deletion
Retention periods differ depending on product, module, hosting type, backup cycle, support record, legal requirement and agreed package. Customers should export important business records before ending a subscription or requesting account closure.
Some data may remain temporarily in backups, logs or records required for security, accounting, dispute handling or operational purposes.
7. Access & Privacy Requests
