Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BizCloud.Asia. By enrolling in any of our chess programs (physical or online) or by using our website (https://www.bizcloud.asia/), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

1. SUBSCRIPTION & FEES

  • Monthly Fees: Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis as stated for each specific course.
  • Payment Due Date: All fees must be paid in full before the first lesson of each month.
  • Non-Refundable: Fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to other students or other months, regardless of attendance.
  • Trial Classes: Any free trial sessions offered are subject to availability and limited to one trial per student only.

 

 

2. CLASS ATTENDANCE & SCHEDULE

  • Schedule: Classes are conducted according to the schedule published on our website (e.g., International Chess on Thursdays, Xiangqi on Mondays/Tuesdays). BizCloud.Asia reserves the right to amend class schedules with prior notice.
  • Public Holidays: Classes scheduled on public holidays may be rescheduled or cancelled at the discretion of management.
  • Student Absence: If a student misses a class, BizCloud.Asia is not obligated to provide replacement lessons or prorated refunds.

 

 

3. ONLINE LEARNING & SOFTWARE ACCESS

  • AI System Access: Subscribers may be granted access to the BizCloud.Asia Intelligent Software System or e-Learning platform.
  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Prohibited Use: Recording, downloading, copying, or redistributing proprietary teaching materials or software content is strictly prohibited.

 

 

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

To ensure a safe and productive learning environment, students must:

  • Show respect to coaches, staff, and fellow students at all times.
  • Handle all physical equipment (chess sets, clocks, tablets, and other materials) with care.
  • Refrain from horseplay, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior during training sessions.

BizCloud.Asia reserves the right to suspend or terminate the participation of any student who repeatedly violates the code of conduct, without any refund.

 

5. PARENTAL SUPERVISION (FOR MINORS)

  • BizCloud.Asia provides educational programs and is not a daycare service.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for their children before and immediately after class sessions.
  • Parents/guardians must ensure that all contact information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date.

 

 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • BizCloud.Asia shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises or during online sessions.

     

  • While we strive to maintain high availability of our e-learning platform, BizCloud.Asia is not responsible for disruptions caused by internet issues or third-party service providers.

 

7. DATA PROTECTION (PDPA)

By registering with BizCloud.Asia, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (including name, identification number, and contact details) in accordance with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010, for registration, administration, and communication purposes.

 

 

8. AMENDMENTS

BizCloud.Asia reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and shall take effect immediately upon posting.
